Today's Vision Sharpstown's Online Review Report Card

Several members of my family and I have purchased our glasses here and with this chain multiple times in the past. I went in today to get one of my son’s lenses put back into his frames. The woman up front asked if they were purchased there, when I said no, she refused to help. She was rude, abrupt and completely unprofessional. Where’s the customer service? I went to a near by optical store afterwards where they were they graciously and without hesitation helped me. Today’s vision won’t have to worry about repairing my or my family’s glasses in the future because I’m never going back there.

The Today’s Vision team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. The staff was quick on their feet and the Information needed was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly with deciding if I wanted contacts or glasses, minimizing the end to end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties that were there. Once again, What an amazing experience! how professional the staff was during my visitation. Customer service is obviously their strategy and it shows. I have referred others already. I have been coming here for the longest, the staff is just incredible and very kind. One more thing I would like to point out, they are doing amazing work with keeping up with the COVID-19 guidelines, the practice is nice, clean and the staff is putting their 100 percent in making it comfortable for everyone’s needs. Thank you Today’s Vision team! You guys are doing amazing and I would keep up the great work ! Despite the previous reviews of others, I definitely did not see any of that! The front desk staff and the doctors are one of a kind and their customers service demonstrates that. Thank you, Today’s Vision Team 🤩🤓 I am happy with my contacts !!!!!

Very friendly environment when I walk in I’m always assisted and greeted front desk ladies are wonderful and the contacts I purchase from here are the best they don’t irritate my eyes at all have a lot of variety of glasses to choose from I recommend families and friends to visit this location

Muy mal servicio la recepcionista es muy grosera con las personas que hablan español siendo ella hispana tambien tuve mi cita la primera vez y necesitas escanear tu celular para completar la información y no me ayudo para nada ni siquiera voltio a verme y la segunda vez llegue 10 minutos antes de mi cita y le dije que tenia mis hijos en el carro y como no los podia bajar porque no los dejan entrar me dijo k tenia k esperar porque la pasiente de las 11:45 llego tarde alas 12 y que entonces yo tenia que esperar mas 😲 y lo peor de hay no me hiso caso para nada me sali y despues entre y ni siquiera voltio a verme y no sabia si me tenia que apuntar o que nada no me dijo absolutamente nada me quede sentada dije si llego a psar le comentare ala doctora ya que ella es la dueña y para mi sorpresa la doctora se porto igual no te podia atencion a mi queja solo dijo que la recepcionista era muy nice y le dije que pena si yo estubiera mal aprenda algo el cliente siempre tiene la razon aunque no la tenga tiene que tratar de hacer sentir bien a sus clientes y ella bien grocera le importó un pepino 🥒 asi k mejor busque otro lugar ese no es muy recomendado gracias.

This location will not repair your frames.I was more than happy to pay for the repair but was told that was not option. This woman didn’t even look at glasses, they’re just slightly bent.

Great family friendly environment. Dr. Lee has been my optometrist for over 10 years. The staff is always professional and they provide excellent service. I love the wide selection of designer frames.
