Abigail Neiman's Online Review Report Card

This review is not for Dr. Abigail it’s for the receptionist. I was sent an email with a link to fill out the 15 page new patient paper work. When I opened the email at the top it says “use google docs” so I did. The formatting was messed up but I filled out the paperwork regardless. It took me two hours to complete it. I called and left a voicemail asking if they received my paper work and heard nothing. I called them the following business day to find out why I was not contacted. The receptionist said, “Your formatting was wrong, we can’t accept this document.” I asked why she had not informed me previously and she said, “I did not have your number.” My phone number was left on the voice mail. My phone number was typed 10 times within the body of the paper work. This felt very unprofessional and devoid of feeling or compassion. I sought out this professional because I’m struggling with pain. Completing that new patient paper work was a pain and she did not even provide me with the courtesy of a phone call to let me know it was not completed to their standards. As a result I will not be using this doctor.

Dr. Neiman is the best!

Doctor Neiman is truly a rare find. I have been seeing her for over 15 years. I had already seen 2 other rheumatologists who were incapable of handling my case. A friend of my husband referred Dr. Neiman. I feel blessed that my path ended up leading to her. My many AI diseases along with my other medical disorders makes me a rather complicated case. This is why I am so blessed to have her as my doctor. She is professional, caring, very knowledgable and is always able to think outside the Box. She cares about the well-being of her patients. We are not merely a name on a folder. I recommend her all the time and will continue to. THANK YOU DR. NEIMAN for being such an amazing doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Neiman for about 5 years and she's the best Rheumatologist I've ever been to. She has excellent bedside manner and really listens to her patients. Her and her staff also fought the insurance company to make sure I got the medication I needed which I really appreciate.

Dr. Neiman MD treated my husband for many years. Her and her team have always been professional and respectful. We have referred several friends and co-workers to her over the years and will continue to do so.

Just wanted to say that I am absolutely not a “coworker “ of Abigail and this is absolutely the truest testimony that I have. Abigail is a very heartfelt kind of doctor. Yes her time management is usually way behind your scheduled time but that’s because she is busy taking the time with you to make sure that you understand your disease and the treatment plan. She is not an in and out doctor. She is a let’s figure out the problem doctor. I was concerned that my first visit was by phone not in person as they asked for a lot from me. They refused to schedule me until they had my new patient paperwork and copies of my insurance cards... this was a problem for me but my sister luckily is tech savvy and helpful. My follow up visit will also be virtually after my lab work is received.... hopefully all good news. Thank you dr Abby for all of your help this far.

Hello, Update.... so the doctor call me back.. totally glad I didn’t do any treatments done here at her office. Dr. Neiman confused me with someone else and telling me I had an amputation on my right side??? Like umm no I don’t have any amputation on my body. After her telling me that..she also mention she would not be able to treatment for my conditions, SLE,RA,MS and neuropathy. So please don’t waste your time with setting an appointment with this doctor. Pls read the reviews and remember your health is the most important thing. My sister referred me to Dr. Neiman so I could get a better treatment plan and find why I'm always so much pain or tired., My first new patient appt went well, doctor order plenty of labs. I waited over 3 weeks to make sure the labs would be in. I never received a call from her office. I would be the one calling to see if my labs were in. I called to schedule an appt for 1/28/21 and 2/3/21 both appt i never received a phone call to why I didn't get a call from the doctor. I called yesterday and spoke to the office manager and another lady in the office. They both told me doctor tried calling me several times. I did ask them to what numbers did the doctor called me to. Unfortunately the numbers were not correctly written down. SO i missed my two visits and they took a payment from me and STILL DO NOT KNOW my results of my labs or a call back if DR. Neiman will even be seeing me. I didn't expect to have this issues since my sister talks highly of her and staff. I might have a lot of chronic issues but if she couldn't or wouldn't take me as a patient then why waste my time!!!

Dr. Neiman has been treating me since 2014. I have several AI disorders. She knows what's going on and is there to help. You may not always like what she says, but it's to help you. She is not there to give pain meds freely, and I am glad she is not. When dealing with AI disorders, you need someone who knows what's happening and how to deal with it. Her staff has always been friendly and helpful.
