In December of 2019, following a partial knee replacement, I received six weeks of excellent home healthcare through Accessible Home Health. Their team of professionals, consisting of Nurse Loan Nguyen, supervisory and administrative staff, regularly monitored and reported my vitals and concerns to both my primary care physician and surgeon. I never felt like my questions or concerns were trouble; I was treated like family. During the busy Christmas holidays, ongoing communications by fax and telephone, successfully acquired much-needed antibiotics to treat my upper respiratory infection. This attention allowed me to recover in days instead of weeks. With sincere gratitude, I give Accessible Home Health my highest recommendation.

Excellent professional home health coordinated with my surgeon following knee replacement to his complete satisfaction and my individualized compassionate care. Thankful to God for this vital after care bringing continual steady progress of strength, range of motion and recovery. Also assisted when I got a respiratory infection to get needed antibiotics.

Run far away from this business. While the actual caregivers contracted by this agency are lovely, the owner Randy is completely incompetent at his job. My elderly father had a pre-planned surgery in March and we hired Randy to manage 24 hour nursing care during his recovery. Despite his assurances, Randy was not able to follow through and my father was left unassisted at times. When my family voiced our concerns about my father's care, Randy withdrew ALL of his staff with one hour's notice to us, leaving us scrambling to find another agency to care for my father in the midst of a crisis. Randy is a liar who will say anything to avoid any responsibility for his actions or lack there of. I would not trust Randy to schedule care for my houseplants much less a loved one in need!
