Sometimes there is miscommunication when you are only there to get lab work and they send you back and there is no one there to enter you in and the techs see you and don't communicate properly and you are sitting there waiting and no one helps or ask if you are waiting. And some of the techs at the front act as if you are wasting their time and you don't know what to do or what is policy. I don't want to feel like I am causing them trouble when you are there for help.

All staffs were courteous and caring. The nurse and MD were love to listen you and did their best to make you comfortable and making your visit productive.They are very concerned about your health and tried to provide the due attention and time to me.Facility is clean and easy to access the different departments. Highly recommended....

La atencion es buena pero es muy dificil hacer una cita, el centro de llamadas para hacer una cita siempre está muy cargado. Llegué 25' tarde y no me atendieron y no pude avisar a tiempo por causa de la demora en atender las llamadas. Tuve que hacer una segunda cita.

Doctor Bean is a very caring dentist. She knew about my history before I sat in the chair! I'm impressed that she took the time to read my history, most doctors don't do that. They come in the door asking you questions that are already in your chart.Doctor Bean is different, It was like she was there in that room for that moment only for me. And as a patient I really really appreciate that level of service. I would recommend her to anyone.
