I go to the office on Aldine Mail Route in Houston Texas. They have horrible customer service skills every time I've went to be seen I have long wait time with an appointment. I haven't seen him personally but the office it's terrible they never answer their phones. you can only go in for one problem at a time. I've been going there a whole year now and I've had lots of labs done I still don't know if I have diabetes I would not recommend anyone to go here if I didn't have Obamacare I would not

He is an excellent Doctor. He took care of me after a very long illness and cured me. I am very grateful to have come across Dr. Ordonez. He explained what I had, prescribed a correct medicine and monitored my progress through my treatment. He also graduated from the best medical school in Guatemala. So I know I am getting top notch treatment. I would highly recommend my family or friends to go see Dr. Ordonez if they are sick.

Didn't have an appointment but worth the wait .Best Doctor I've seen in a long time. I don't ever leave reviews but he was very professional and staff was very helpful with my insurance prior authorization on my MRI and medication. Thank you Dr. Ordonez
