I have a sudden melanoma-looking growth on my back, the unqualified receptionist tells me it sounds like it’s fine, can’t see me for months. I call back to ask to send a picture, they said I’d get a call-back for the email address, didn’t happen. I bought a pack of expensive hydro-facials, every time I try to book, “machine is broken.” Going elsewhere.

Dr Glaich is a professional and friendly dermatologist. She has helped me through several skin cancer diagnoses. I have been her patient for many years. I recommend her highly and have received great care from her assistants.

Worst doctor visit I've ever had in my life I couldn't imagine one worse. She didn't explain what she was doing she was in a rush she she actually damaged my face and the part she was trying to fix his worse now than it was before I seriously in my wildest dreams could not have made up a worse experience the worst doctors experience I've had in my entire life would not recommend her to anybody

Such an unprofessional practice. I came here 2 years ago for my consultation. I did made an appointment through Zocdoc by using my student health Insurance. The day before the appointment, i was confirmed by the staff that my copay is $15. Even after the exam, i made a payment and inquire one more time whether my payment is $15 as i usually came to my regular dermatologist. And the front desk confirmed again that was correct. I was not responsible for any further charge. But now they put me on a collection of $65 from no where. How could they do that without contacting a patient to verify that information. That significantly impacted me. What disappointed practice! I would not recommend any go here anymore.

She is very friendly and understands & helps patients issues as well.

I have been a patient to this practice for many years now. And although the staff seem a bit serious and hardly smile, they are courteous and professional. Dr. Gleich is a very good dermatologist, she is very friendly and she is always able to figure out your condition and at least in my case has always been able to relieved me of discomfort and pain due to my skin allergies. Something else, that is definitely worth mentioning is their honesty. For many years i have fought with many practices to refund me money that i have overpaid them as a result of their misguided insurance verification practices. This practice is the only practice that i know off that actually refunds your money without you ever calling them. So i really appreciate their honesty.

I have gone to see Dr Glaich twice. The first time she was able to remove a wart on my foot - relatively painlessly - that had vexed my prior dermatologist. The second time she diagnosed skin cancer (yes, the lab confirmed it) and was able to excise it with minimal discomfort. She has great staff and clearly knows her stuff.

Dr. Glaich has treated me for AK for 18 months. She is the best.
