My daughter had a long and unique orthodontic journey with Dr. John Karotkin at Advance Orthodontics, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was a team effort. First was a MSE (Maxilla Skeletal Expansion) from Perio Health, which is a complex process that takes time and patience. Dr. Karotkin was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, making sure every step was done right. His attention to detail not only gave me beautifully straight teeth but also helped improve my airway, something that has made a big difference in my overall health and comfort. Throughout the process, Dr. Karotkin explained everything clearly, so she always felt informed and confident in the treatment plan. We also have to give a huge shoutout to Danny and all the RDAs. They were always friendly, gentle, and reassuring, making my visits as comfortable as possible. It’s clear that both Dr. Karotkin and his team genuinely care about their patients. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Karotkin and his team while going through Invisalign treatment. From the very first consultation, it was clear that Dr. K is not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about what he does. Advance Orthodontics is an awesome group of professionals. Sophie was my 1st point of contact. She ensured I understood and was comfortable with the process. Dr. K's focus is the patient's best result. He provides care in the most compassionate and considerate manner. Ana provided my final treatment; however all the techs are A++. Kudos to the schedulers. I left each appt with a smile.

Dr K has been a godsend to our family. His knowledge and expertise on airway has been life changing for my children. My son underwent upper and lower expansion and a forward jaw growth appliance. This cured his sleep apnea and sinus issues that were fueling a cascade of downstream medical issues. We are so thankful for his care and deep understanding of the root to so much dysfunction. No other orthodontist caught these issues and only cared about straightening teeth. Dr K gave us our son’s health back.

My 2+ year journey with my treatment is now coming to an end and I’m so grateful to Dr. Karotkin and his team. He identified my tight airway and need for jaw surgery. Now being at the end, my quality of life has improved in every way. He is very detailed and made sure my ortho. was perfect before and after surgery. My two young kids are now patients of his and his team is committed to making sure their plans set them up for success for their developing mouths and jaws. I’ll recommend him to everyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Karotkin and all his staff. There was open and great communication between Dr. Karotkin and my healthcare team practitioners. The receptionists were always so kind, especially Jeimie, and very accommodating to my schedule needs. Freddie and Brandon consistently took care of me every time I went in for my appointments and made sure everything was going smoothly. Diana, the treatment coordinator, also took great care of every step. Everyone worked so well together and there is a sense of care in all they do. They have high and excellent standards. Bless them for all they did for me.
