**"This agency provides poor service and communication, with unresponsive management and no customer support. At least 10 complaint emails were ignored (Pam). Therapists—frequently rotated and outsourced—are unreliable, often disregarding schedules and offering only 30-minute sessions instead of full-length ones. We went through at least 10 different therapists in just three months.** **The staffing company they use also attempted to repeat an OT evaluation just a couple of days after the previous one. At that point, we decided to cancel the service."**

The best staff and service ever. I had a total knee replacement and my therapist and nurse took excellent care of me for 7 weeks. They both were attentive and explained everything. They came on time twice a week. I will use them again and refer to my friends. Thank you Micheal, Tyra and Michelle!!
