Is Monica the one running the practice here? She's acting like she owns the place, telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. She has not been helping me at all. I'd ask her questions and would be rudely interrupted, telling me that I don't need any of these tests. Uh hello, you're not the doctor here, you're not in the room when I'm discussing it with the doctor himself, DO YOUR JOB AND ONLY YOUR JOB. You're not the one with a pulmonologist degree. If you don't like your job, then quit. If you don't care about patients health then this is the wrong job for you. Monica needs to be replaced by someone that truly cares about the patients and treats them with respect. The doctor himself doesn't even show any interests on me getting better. Can't tell me why I've had double pneumonia for over a year. I've taken all sorts of antibiotics, I've done numerous amounts of tests and yet I'M STILL NOT BETTER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE AND GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO GET BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!

Monica who works at the front desk in scheduling patients is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I had questions about medications and Monica did not help at all, I don’t know if she even handles medications or not but she was very rude and unprofessional!!!!! She had no right to talk to me the way she did, especially when working in the health care field. She needs to get replaced because this is my health we’re talking about, I have so many health issues going on and I will not tolerate her behavior. Dr. Jain if you’re reading this, please re-educate your staff on hospitality, and their manners. Monica is beyond unprofessional!!!!

Dr. Jain was very patient with all of my questions and his entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend him. He seems very knowledgeable and helpful.

One of the most caring doctors I have ever had the privilege to know. He takes all the time you need and answers all questions you have no matter how trivial you may think they are. Highly recommend him and his adorable staff.

Dr Jain is a horrible doctor. He ignored a spot on my fathers lung & now it has caused his 1st & 2nd ribs to disagrate. He ignored this spot in April 2018 & told me and my fathers primary doctor that “he was not concerned”. The CT scan in April still showed my dads ribs. Now, another CT scan in July 2018 my fathers 1st rib is completely gone & the 2nd rib is disengrating quickly. In 3 months time, the spot “he was not concerned about” has caused my dad tremendous pain & now into his bone. This man does not deserve your business, nor would I trust any family member to be his patient.
