She's one of the best and caring doctor that I went to. Staff we're friendly and assistive as well.

Never was seen by the doctor unfortunately due to unprofessional admin staff. I have been trying to be seen by Dr. Gonzales since November of 2021. I have PPO which typically would mean I don’t need a referral or authorization however I had that done anyways. I could not get ahold of anyone in this office for a month. I had my doctor send the referral 2-3 different times. I finally got an appointment that was booked 2 weeks in advance. The office calls me 1.5 hours before my appointment to tell me there’s no authorization on my referral and then requests FOR ME to call my insurance when they should have done that at least 48 hours prior to my appointment. I was told PPO referrals don’t need authorization, I took off of work & spent my morning on the phone with my insurance and other doctors for no reason. Since it’s been 3 months of trying to be seen by this doctor I have decided I no longer want to deal with the office staff and will seek a different doctor.

Very caring about their patients. Stay up to date with the newest and best treatments. Love this practice!

I been try to get an appointment for the last 2 weeks.. Call at different times. Left messages and Nothing? Very sad with people that doesnt care about the patients.

Dr Gonzalez is highly competent and experienced in working w RA. Her team is friendly and prompt in responding to calls, even during this pandemic. I have been her patient for several years and I know that she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!

Horrible I called back to back two days in a row and left voicemails and no one ever answers .

I wait two months to get an appointment. Take days off of work. Wake up this morning with the inability to bend my pinky and index finger due to joint swelling and pain. I’m almost desperate to get in to see someone. I made it clear when I booked the appointment that I have no recent labs. I’m told to come in anyway. I confuse my 1:15 appointment with a 1:30 appointment. I call and let them know I’m running behind. She’s (Adriana) rude and tells me to go ahead and come in. I get get there at 1:27. They tell me that they cannot see me because I am late and I don’t have recent labs. I ask her if it’s because I’m late or because I don’t have recent labs. She says both. I ask if she would’ve seen me at 1:15 and what would be the “point of the appoinment” (something that she mentioned earlier, “there’s no point without the labs”). She was patronizing and rude. Spoke to me like a child. The officer manager (Julie) comes out to try to diffuse the situation but all she is doing is telling me the same exact thing but in an even more patronizing manner. Trying to excuse her coworkers awful behavior. Please find help elsewhere. If the front office is a reflection of anything happening in the back, I do not want care by this office. There’s a reason for the excess 1 star reviews.

The problem I have is the staff especially Andrea she is the worst with her attitude and every time I call I'm either being put on put upon answer or goes to voicemail which is ridiculous having to wait. On two occasions while waiting the glass window was open and you can hear them complaining about a patient soon as they left. Also they need to learn to listen twice I've called to make an appointment and for some strange reason they could not explain my appointment wasn't even booked properly it's pretty upsetting having to wait a few weeks to see the Dr and take time off from work and waste gas to go to the office and be told you don't have an appointment when clearly you know you made it. There communication is horrible , the staff is just plain lazy sometimes rude they actike there job is so horrible their attitude rubs off on you.
