Being sick is a miserable ordeal. I recieved top tier service at Ally Medical Emergency Room. There always personable, understanding, through and they don't hold you hostage for what feelings like a lifetime. I prefer for my family and I to go see them over our PCP for the best care. Thank all of you at the Ally Medical Emergency Room for another wonderful experience!!!

It is always a peace of mind to know the right place to go for all my immediate health needs. Front desk , Rita. A kind and excellent customer service. Mathew, young Rad Tech , and Jax ER Tech were very professional .Physician Stuart Boss, MD. And nurse Abby, Cheyi and NP Jame, very caring and professional.

I came in with abdominal pain at 3AM on Wednesday night. All the attendants were wonderful, Karina, Sarah, the doctor and the lady at the front (I think her name was Lauren). They did a CT scan, checked my blood and thought everything would be good. It started hurting again Thursday night so I went back Friday morning to be safe. I had a new staff (Will, Dawn and Gol) they reevaluated me, did another scan, and determined I had appendicitis. They did all the legwork with the hospital they were sending me to and I was in my hospital room in less than 15 minutes. I was there two days in a row and worked with two different staffs. Everyone was wonderful.

The receptionist was super sweet and nice but i was in agonizing pain for my shoulder and i didn’t get helped right away. I was waiting in the waiting room for an hour. Felt better sitting up ended up falling asleep in the waiting room decided to leave, never got helped or seen. It didn’t even look busy and i still didn’t get seen.

Had to come here for a unexpected oopies. and they were fast. Great communication. Karla got me checked in super fast cristin and gul were my nurses, friendly and funny. Brain, pietro, and Edsel got me squared away. Thank you
