My first visit seeing Dr. Kopel. She was professional and asked questions. Visit felt a little rushed, but Dr. Kopel was thorough. Would have liked printed instructions for care of biopsy site, as was a little anxious about this. Both of my concerns were addressed. Wait in office was not long. Would recommend this doctor.

I have a horrific skin issue I see Dr Kopel for from time to time. It is extremely painful and requires delicate care. She always is very gentle and checks how my pain level throughout the procedure. Probably will not see her again because I got the green light to have surgery on the area (which she has also strongly recommend for years). I have sent her my friends and she has helped with hair loss and cosmetic issues. Go see her you will get quick, concise, compassionate care. The doctor is great, very knowledgeable and does her work great. However, her staff, specifically Edgar who claims to be a supervisor has no sense of customer service. Very rude and doesn’t let one speak in regards of the reason for the visit. Will no return and do not recommend dealing with this location in till further review of their staff is made. U.S. Dermatology Partners Bellaire is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Kopel, MD, is an excellent dermatologist. This was my first experience with dermatology, and no desire to seek a different Dermatology. Their entire staff is truly outstanding. I highly recommend U.S. Dermatology Partners Bellaire to anyone. It was fortuitous that I happened to get Dr. Kopel. The doctor that I had been going to (Dr. Pang) was out, so they asked me if I would see another doctor. In my opinion Dr. Pang missed diagnosed the problem with my arms. Dr. Kopel said it was entirely different and prescribed a different lotion. She also wants me to come in for a complete skin checkup, which Dr. Pang never did. She's friendly, concerned, and professional. Hard to find these days, and I have a lot of doctors. Mikki Donnelly also comes there and doesn't like her doctor, so I have directed her to Dr. Kopel as well.
