American Sleep Medicine Oftexas Webster's Online Review Report Card

After scheduling me, they would cancel my appointments day of because my insurance wasn't run. This happened multiple times- both for the initial consult appointment and for the sleep study itself.When I finally got in and got the device for the at home, night one the sleep lab did not answer calls I had regarding where to wear the belt. I had to Google it.Night three is now, I've called the sleep lab no less than 20 times. Left voicemails. No answer. The device won't stay on with the given "fresh" batteries.Will they refund me for this night? I hope. But based on the service I've received so far I doubt it.I've never had to write a bad review but this has been such a horrible process. I've tried to be understanding but this is absolutely ridiculous.Would not recommend doing business with this group, I'd take your referral elsewhere before wasting your time and your money, especially when you already aren't sleeping well.

What a great staff! Miranda was so patient and friendly helping me set up my sleep study.The office was decorated very nicely for Halloween - took pictures to show the wife unit! Love when businesses glam it up for the customers/patients!

Went to pick up device for at home study. The place was decked out with the coolest Halloween decorations! How fun 🎃Miranda and Jordan were very friendly and professional! They showed me how to wear/use the device and we were out the door in no time!

These folks are awesome and caring!  My husband has sleep apnea and I really needed help.  Even though the insurance is being stubborn and not helpful at all......American Sleep Medicine is doing everything possible to try and help us.Talked to Miranda last night and she is getting my husband the machine he needs, despite the insurance being stinkers!!!!!Thank you so much!

I regret only one thing. Google only allows 5 stars as a top for ratings. The key for my wife and I having a great experiences with this group is relationships.. Miranda patiently helped me get our studies scheduled. She also got me in early for my second appointment by being on standby. The attendant for our sleep study was Kennedy. She is amazing. Patinett, kind and very caring describe her. I guess like most people who have a study, we did not know what to expect and there was some natural anxiety. Kennedy made it an easy evening for Diana and I . I am glad to have started this relationship with these folks. You will have a helpful and healthful experience.

I was so happy how my husband was able to get in ASAP and Miranda was so helpful and sweet … our tech was amazing and my husband will definitely be doing his yearly sleep study here! The room was clean and everything was great!!! 10 STARS ⭐️

After trying for months to get a sleep study scheduled through UTMB, I decided to just call around to nearby sleep centers to see if I could get in. When I called they immediately got me scheduled for a consultation within a few weeks, and a week after that I had my study. Very easy to work with the office staff. My sleep tech, Kennedy, was very friendly and thoroughly explained all the procedures and equipment. I'd recommend this location for their professionalism and courtesy in getting things taken care of.

ASM did an awesome job doing my sleep study all the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend ASM to anyone needing a sleep study! Extra thank you to Kennedy for making my visit easy and comfortable.

This was my second sleep study here at American Sleep medicine. Kennedy, my technician for the night was great! She explained things carefully and thoroughly. We also has a fun conversation about TV and movies while getting my head ready for the test. I am very thankful that I was able to get this test done and the care given me while I was there both times!
