She listens to what is going on with you. She remembers what you talked about from the last visit. It feels more personal rather than just another patient. Her nurse is very thorough as well.

Dr Chen is very thorough in her examination. She suggests and not try to make you do something you don't want to do. She's friendly and very nice. Although I don't like coming out at all, and only come when it's time for my appointment, especially during this pandemic. It is always a pleasure to see Dr Chen and her nurse.

Dr. Chen is prompt, professional, attentive, and proactive. Not only that, she is a nice person and easy to talk to about any health concerns you might have. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Chen is very responsive and caring. She takes her time, asking questions and explaining why to the patient. I appreciate the level of care she has been giving my 82 yo mom and taking my calls about my concerns regarding her healthcare.

Dr. Chen made me feel like a person rather than a 15 minute session like the previous Providing Agency did (I'm so glad I switched to Kelsey!). She was very understanding and listened attentively to me which in my opinion is essential for diagnosis. Her genuine and caring demeanor really starts the healing process. She's also very proactive in supporting you to take action asap towards the healing process, a shortcoming of many doctors. Dr. Amy Chen is a wonderful doctor. She has all the great qualities of a good doctor should have. She puts patient’s interest in first place. She is warm , detailing and treats her patients as her own family members..... Two times I felt I needed to see her right away. She squeezed me in among her busy schedule. First time is about my eye problem,. After she examined, she said it looks O.K., but if I still didn’t feel right, and not hesitate call her. She would make an appointment for me to see an ophthalmologist. ( it is impossibly for an patient to make an appointment see an ophthalmologist on the same day). I always remember this instance, always thank her dedication of my healthcare . She is a great doctor. I am thankful to be her patient. She puts good efforts to practice Chinese, now we can communicate with Chinese.

She is approachable with great bedside manners. I like that she takes the time to listen to my symptoms and answers all of my questions. I feel comfortable enough that I can tell her everything wihout receiving judgement in return. She is imformative and thorough. I would recommend her to my family and friends. The other reviews says she wants your money, but I did not get that impression at all. She genuinely seems like she cares and chose the best choice of treatment for me.
