Call before 4:30 or you'll get the answering service! Dr. Mesa seems to be a pretty good doctor, from my 3 visits; office staff is super helpful and friendly, but they just don't handle the phones very well.

I called this office and was immediately put on hold. After 15 minutes someone got back on the phone and was very rude. Just thought you should know how your staff is treat potential patient. I WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING HERE!
