Dr Civitello is an excellent doctor IF you can ever get through to his NOT excellent staff. They are never available when you call. Messages are never returned to make an appointment. This has been a long term issue there for years. Worse, my father was in the hospital all of last week for anemia. His pulse was ranging around 110 to 129 (his normal rate has been in the high-60’s.). The hospital doctors wanted his records to see what was normal, but I couldn’t reach the office EVER and the call center left a message that was never returned. Apparently they hit the message, but refused to send the hospital the records without our signing a form, but never contacted us about the form. A week later the call center supervisor finally got the staff to speak with me (bless her!) It took a heated discussion w Claudia to get records released, initially refusing, then saying I’d have to come pick them up, that she needed a form, & more. Civitello never called us. Shame shame same on them!
