This doctor has a horrible bedside manner. I woke up during the procedure. She made me wait an extremely long time after the procedure was done to come and talk to me. When she showed up, she had coffee in her hand and gave me a rushed summary. There was no compassion, no empathy, she is very rude. My follow up appointment, which was scheduled for in the middle of the day and two weeks in advance, I get a call 30 minutes before that she decided to come in after 1 PM . So I have to just sit around and wait for her. There was no explanation given and no apologies. I definitely do not recommend her.

The day of the procedure, I woke up in the middle of it. After the procedure was over, I had to sit there and wait a very long time before she would come and talk to me about everything that happened during the procedure. She was very distracted and clearly had other things on her mind that were more important to her than helping me understand everything that had just happened. So a horrible bedside manner. She is probably a good doctor, but if you expect any kind of empathy or warmness, this is not the doctor for you. For my follow up appointment, she decided not to come into the office until after 1 PM, leaving me to just sit around and wait for her to arrive. There was no emergency, there was no explanation or apologies, she just decided to come to work late and so I had to sit around and wait for her. Very unprofessional, no sympathy, no apologies.

I am very happy with the care I get from Dr. Le. I moved from Houston and still drive back in to go to her.

Dr. Le and her staff are excellent. Dr. Le was patient to explain my past medical history and answer any questions I had. Always pleased with the help I receive during my office visit. Thank you!
