I visited this office on Monday, Nov 1. The staff is very standoffish. The front desk keeps the window closed with a sign that says "dont tap on the glass" basically avoiding patients in the waiting room. After I completed paperwork, I just stood there, ignored waiting for the young lady to finally open the window. The doctor asked for blood pressure medicine to be called in to the pharmacy. This never happened despite my daily follow-up calls. The person answering calls interrupted me to yell at me & be extremely sarcastic. I even left a message for the office manager that was never returned. I called the answering service three times they tried to get the doctor to return my call & he never did. My bp is now so high that I'm headed to the ER with a terrible headache. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. The feeling of being abandoned as a patient is real.

The office canceled my father in law appointment because of insurance. No one called. When he showed up we wete told that they don't take the insurance and the' dr is not in anyway ' Office stuff poorly trained. No customer service. I see the poor reviews on the owner too. Horrible experience!!@!

I LOVE Dr. Ahmad! He is extremely thorough, knows what he is doing, gets straight to the point of what is going on. He is so busy that he does seem to be in somewhat of a rush, but if you have questions, he will slow down, listen and answer them. His staff is awesome as well. I have seen him three times. The wait is sometimes long and his office is usually full, but the wait is well worth seeing him and his staff.

Dr. Ahmad is a very good Cardiologist and he takes good care of my Family. I highly recommend him. Great staff as well.
