These people refuse to answer the phone and treat clients rudely. The lady named Blessing is a disgrace and a disaster. She is disrespectful and rude treating clients and workers like garbage.

I have only good things to say about this company. Everyone from the office to my Pt. Home health aide, nurse. These people care about you and show it every time they come to my house. Thank you

Tried this company had to order almost $60 cleaning supplies and gloves and cleaning cloths money i could have used for food and Bill's and other needs like getting my meds delivered from Walmart she Robin Apex agent because of her i may have lost my bathroom trash can and my cans are out there in the streets loose dog's tearing into bags and tumping over trash cans because she Robin Apex agent didn't show up today 3/25/2025 and the second agent Morgan didn't show even one day and manager said she call me back never didnt stay away from Apex and girling especially don't do drug test on employees or background checks currently working rep testfi on Google and Yelp on Yelp girling has dozens of patience saying rep never showed and Apex same employees never show up or don't come back go elsewhere not with Apex can't relie on as you see from poor service I've reserved good reviews probably done by employees 🤔🤔🤔🤔

This Home Health is fairly new so be patient with them. They provide great service and are up to date when it comes to providing clinical needs. They do cover Houston area and outside of Houston depending on location. Do give them a chance if you want your beloved ones great Home Health services safely at your home.
