Apnix's Online Review Report Card

I was nervous about this study. They made me feel very comfortable. The room was nice, bed was nice and lots of pillows. They had t.v. available. They made it comfortable and pleasant. The most uncomfortable thing was the wires on your head. I would recommend apnix sleep diagnostics .

This experience has been a great one. The scheduling was a bit rocky at first. However, my sleep study experience at the Red Oak location was phenomenal! Ms. Jo was great with making me feel at ease. She addressed all of my concerns and answered my questions. I highly recommend Apnix because of my experience with Ms. Jo!

Given that this was my first sleep study ever, I was so totally surprised how nice everyone was, and the level of comfort provided. The rooms are super nice and gosh, I was in love with ther power recliner and the mattress of the bed. I wish I would have remembered to ask what brand this mattress was, so I could save up for one of it. But overall, I had a great experience.Follow up: had to do a second study with the cpap machine on. Different room (no recliner this time), different technician. But even better experience. My technician Jo was the bomb. Sadly she also didn't know what brand of mattress it was.But I can only recommend this sleep study center satellite location in the Red Oak Atrium.

I Had a sleep apnea test done here and I can't complain It was A great medical experience Luke the medical care Staff was very helpful and Kind I highly recommend This Place 100 % Also the place is very clean and everything else Luke made me feel comfortable with the environment 😊 But I did miss my bed lol 😆

I have heard great things about Apnix but so far I am not impressed. My husband has been using a recalled Phillips CPAP machine due to his severe sleep apnea and no one from Apnix seems to care. My husband has been texting and it was confirmed months ago that the referral from his PCP was received and still no call. He continues to use recalled CPAP as we wait for APnix to schedule a sleep study because his insurance recommended us to use them. My next call will be to call the insurance to file a quality of care grievance. Hopefully people read the reviews better than they check referrals and return calls. I really want to give Apnix a chance to do the right thing and care about people and their health. Isn’t that what they’re supposed to do?
