I did my sleep study and got my CPAP unit and supplies from this Apnix location (Bellaire). I find the place to be nice and clean. The staff are nice and professional. They are always helpful and willing to listen customer's issues

Horrible customer service!!!!If you can order your supplies from another source, absolutely do so!!!!!!Each month I get an automated call to renew my CPAP supplies and I always check Indicate I would like to receive supplies. Inevitably, I still get a call from an agent, which I order sleep supplies AGAIN.They repeatedly call me and ask me if I want sleep supplies, but I rarely if ever received them. I don't know if they're billing my insurance or not. Whoever is running the customer service department should be fired on the spot!I have not had sleep supplies in months and my mask is running ragged. Poor customer service, and poor management. I am absolutely positive management is aware of this issue and does not correct it, just read the YELP reviews for yourself. This is a shame in today's medical world. Honestly and sincerely.Dr. Terry Nelson

I got my cpap here at there bel air branch. After that, customer service is the poorest i have ever experience. Even to schedule with them is hell. I don't know what else to do to get there attention in getting supplies. They don't answer there phones and they never get back to you for appointments. You are dealing with lives here people. Get your act together.

Would not recommend Apnix - it takes FOREVER to get results from them... weeks to verify insurance - weeks to schedule study - weeks to get results from them to my doctor. Started the process in mid July - did a home sleep study - then did an in lab study - and now it's 2 1/2 months later and still don't have a report to my doctor for the latest study. Extremely frustrating that it takes this long to get help when you know that you have obstructive sleep apnea!
