Arocha Hair Restoration's Online Review Report Card

I walked into Arocha Hair Restoration demoralized by my progressive hair loss. I met with Dr. Arocha and his team and was filled with hope afterwards. From his system, I went from a non-candidate to a candidate for an FUE procedure! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly-- they even bought me lunch during our break. I cannot wait to see the results from my recent procedure and continue working with Dr. Arocha in the future!

Overpriced and underwhelmed. My advice, shop around and you'll find better value throughout Houston, better customer care, loyalty, and more satisfactory outcome. Have a second procedure scheduled in a few weeks, it is NOT with Arocha.

I called and spoke to Al, who would not be up front with their rates. This is a shady business who will base their charges on how much money they can drain from you. Very disappointed with their integrity. ***UPDATE*** I just called and spoke to Eduardo. I informed him of my review, in hopes that the clinic would show more concern for their reputation. Unfortunately, they did not care. I'm glad I never gave this place a dime of my hard earned money.

Great experience setting an appointment and getting seen by the doctor. The entire experience was quick and efficient. I told the doctor my history with my hair and why I was coming in. We took pictures for a baseline and I was provided a prescription for a fraction of the cost as I typically get it from third parties. Again, great experience and I suggest them for everyone looking on improving their hair health and journey!

My first hair transplant experience was a ride. I spent a few years off and on trying to find the right place and finally settled with Arocha hair restoration. I can say that I'm glad I did. I expected a typical doctors office and white walls and coats but the building is set up like a huge apartment loft. A really nice touch. Dr Arocha and the staff are first class in that they are patient and careful with the work. For someone who didn't know much beyond internet research, I learned alot about transplants and can say they take care to make sure you get a good experience and good results. I went back for a minor touch up for personal reasons, but even still Dr worked with me and had no setbacks about it. The staff treat you like they've known you for years and I can't complain about that.

I had researched procedures around Houston for a year, and Dr. Arocha is #1 rated for a reason. I got a very confident feeling from him and his staff, and there were multiple other clients in and out on both my visits. I decided to give it a go, saying yes to all the recommended courses of action. It's been only 10 days since the procedure, and I'm already elated with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Arocha.

I've had numerous hair restoration procedures over the last 30 years in many different clinics and I can honestly say that Arocha Hair Restoration was by far the BEST. Reading online about his education and experience was what drew me in initially. After I spoke with his highly knowledgeable consultants I was even more convinced. He gave 100% attention to me from the beginning consultation to throughout the whole procedure. He listened to what I wanted and was honest about what could be accomplished. His whole team was very professional and attentive. He also offers other solutions to hair loss in addition to surgery. Most importantly is his aesthetic skill and focus on the end result. Also, the cost was reasonable and the staff was very transparent about the prices. The experience I've written above is usually lacking with the other clinics and doctors I've been to. Some of the bigger outfits I've been to have slick commercials but seem like an assembly line operation processing several patients at once. I wish I had discovered Arocha Hair a lot sooner. I drove 200 miles to have my procedure, but I would have gladly flown across country.
