I have now been a patient for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say about Artavi Med Spa. The entire staff is professional and welcoming - they ensure you're comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. They want you to feel and look your best regarding any service you receive and have multiple pain managment / numbing options for your service if that is a concern of yours. I have had the pleasure of seeing Heather for a number of different services from IPL photofacials to injectables and what I can say is she is an expert in her field. After my facial balancing appointment, Heather guided me through my consultation and we decided to move forward to achieve my desired look. I walked out with a renewed confidence and facial profile I could not wait to show off! Look forward to returning for future appointments.

I have had a membership with Artavi Med Spa since 2020. For years I have been impressed by their quality service. I would and have recommended them to many of my friends who are looking to pamper themselves. From facials, Botox and lasers you can’t go wrong!

Best Med Spa in Houston! Everyone is so insightful and knowledgeable, and the lovely ladies at the front desk are super welcoming and friendly. I felt completely comfortable the entire time and would definitely recommend this business to everyone!

I booked an appointment with Heather for Botox! I was nervous going into it but the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! Heather talked me through my fears and reassured me that i would get the results i desired! I absolutely adore my Botox results and will definitely go back to Heather for my future tox treatments!!
