Consultation went good, no red flags. But I would not recommend this doctor for anyone that has serious health problems. Luckily my wife did not have anything serious, but we would've liked to receive that information before the bill was sent (which wasn't even the cardiologist AND only because we called the office.) Also, we received a call a month later saying results were negative (thanks, our call to the office already told us this) , but no follow up appointment is made to figure out why my wife is getting the symptoms she's getting. This doctor only cares about the money and zero about you.

I would not recommend or trust this physician with my cardiology needs. This doctor has poor engagement with a patient, for example, does not put forth the effort to give information unless you ask, does not ask questions of the patient, he is just there if you were referred to him, and he recommends treatment. The experience of trying to get in touch for medication refills on a day it is to run out should receive swift attention and not met with delays. Showing up for a procedure you were told was scheduled and it not being true when you arrive on time is unacceptable. It is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Dr Bansal is an amazing cardiologist. My mom and grandmother were both having problems and he solved what other doctors could not figure out, immediately. He takes the time to listen and will always follow up and help his patients. I would recommend him to anyone I meet.
