List of Aspire Allergy & Sinus's Reviews
I highly recommend Kendal Brown, FNP. She cares very much for her patients, is personable and kind, and very thorough with her treatment and care. I felt comfortable and at ease.
Kendal did a fast and professional job of getting me signed in and getting my shots within 5 minutes. I have been doing allergy injections for over 5 years. I have filled out an AMA, therefore I do not need to stay the 30 minutes.
The visit was thorough and everyone was nice, but I try calling when I got home and I was not able to speak to anyone. Received a message that I will get a call back 24-48 hrs. 😡
They don’t have a doctor on the office so the shots schedule is never accurate. They say they are going to be open and you get there and they are close. You ask to talk with the manager but they don’t have a manager. So I really don’t know if my treatment will work. Terrible customer service. Nobody knows anything, nobody answer the phone and nobody talk to you about their schedule.
I would like to add also. The doctor is a the clinic here in Houston, the doctor is worthless and a sorry example. And absolutely no help. And completely sorry, medical practice. I was waiting for him to return to the room and he left out. And got the nurse to kick me out of the office. This is a sorry example of a doctor.Undependable if you're not satisfied with your health insurance, you will not get that the care you need
Very friendly and professional staff!
Chris Thompson was quick, efficient & to the point listened to my concerns & had a plan of action after reviewing my CT scan, was friendly and addressed any questions I had!
The staff are very friendly and nice, but I gotta warn ya’ll, this place is all about making MONEY. It’s a corporate business (this is what I found out after my visit), where they would try to take you card details during pre-check in process (never happened before in my life) and then they will say you have a random co-pay of $200 ( while you know your insurance does cover it) and then when you say you won’t pay, you just have to finish the pre- registration and sign hundreds of forms online… then after the visit you will have three options for treatment and all of them are NOT covered by any insurance except the most inconvenient option of taking weekly shots for a few years… well, people, I said what I said, make you own decisions!
A awesome doctor
The staff is very kind and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, scheduling has been quite challenging for me over the past six months. I’ve noticed that the options for injection appointments seem to change frequently, which makes it difficult to plan. I’m working on building up to a maintenance schedule, but these frequent changes at Aspire have made it hard to do so. For example, just last week I was informed that Tuesday would be the only available day for injections this week, and I adjusted my schedule accordingly. However, I just received a new update saying Tuesday is no longer available, and now the options are Monday or Wednesday.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
