Dr Steward and his staff are the best fertility clinic hands down. I have been a patient for over 6 years and they are nothing short of extraordinary and full of compassion. I always felt as if I was the only patient in the clinic Thank you for making the difficult journey of IVF so much easier for myself and my family.

Horrible experience!! I don’t even know if the staff are working here. They told me my insurance have approved my surgery then got scheduled for it. But they lied about it luckily I have the app for my insurance and I saw it was denied but I already did my surgery. I’m trying to contact their staff how can they fix this. Waste of time and money!!!!!!! They also let me re do all the labs I did!!!! They are going to ripped all your money so RUN….

If I could give Aspire a 0 I would.. run from this place. You are nothing but a number! I guess the people that gave it 4.5 either paid cash or have a hell better of an insurance. They are super slow, you have no one to be able to contact no follow up, unresponsive on email or phone voicemails. Portal a complete JOKE! Find something and somewhere where you will be made feel something other than more regret.

I love the Aspire HFI The Woodlands Office. Everyone is so professional and you really feel like they are on this journey with you. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else with my fertility needs. This is my third miracle baby working with Dr. Steward and I am so thankful for the amazing people in this office that helped me and my family grow each time.

Dr. Steward And his staff are all wonderful. I was able to communicate with the staff regarding any questions I had threw their app and received a reply same day. Dr. Steward explained all of my procedures in detail so I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way. Communication with the office about payment, insurance and scheduling exceeded my expectations! They were always one step ahead and prepared to give me the information I needed.
