He is a terrible physician. I think some of the reviews below have summed up his personality traits and flaws well. He is arrogant misogynistic incompetent disrespectful and narcissistic man. He should not be practicing medicine at present time. He cares about making money and collecting donations. I am surprised that physicians like him still exist in our country. I would not recommend a friend or family to this physician.

I was implanted with the very PAINFUL BRAVO CAPSULE. Not one person warned me of the pain. It was to help gather information to solve severe reflux which I did in a week by going dairy free. As a woman I do not feel safe with him. He complimented in my beautyin the office and while I was supine before going under anesthesia. I wont see him again. He may be helpful to some but my problem had an easy and basic pain free fix that he did not know. Vegan dairy free equals CURE.

Dr. Ertan is a wonderful doctor his staff is very friendly and he has a great friendly personality he takes the time to listen and solve your health problems. My severe GI problems started in 2011 when my gallbladder was removed. I had been treated by several different GI Specialist. The last doctor before Dr. Ertan put 4 stints in my bile duct and I was still experiencing extreme pain fever and pancreatitis caused by trauma of stints many ERCPs over the last 2 years. Before I saw Dr. Ertan October 2016 I was also hospitalized from sepsis and was in critical condition. Dr. Ertan immediately did an ERCP repaired scar tissue removed the temporary stint and split the spinster sp? muscle in my bile duct which turned out all that the other doctors needed to do. I still have isThat was important because stones would form when the bile couldnt drain then toxins build up Thank you Dr. Atilla Ertan for solving this important health issue and saving my life

I brought my 18 year old daughter to Dr. Ertan for her chronic abdominal pain. He assured us that she would outgrow the pain by the time she was 26 and would get better once she got pregnant. He did no testing. Put her on the FODMAP diet which caused her to lose 11 pounds which she couldnt afford to lose. Fast forward to today a year later. She had nutcracker syndrome Ehlers Danlos hypermobility and median arcuate ligament syndrome. A waste of time filled with pain.
