Bay Oaks Pediatric Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

Rescheduled my children's appointments without talking to me in person. Office staff will not answer the phones - I am on day two of calling - and it won't even click over to voice mail. Office staff was great when it was under Dr. Bogart, but have definitely noticed a change since he has left.

The entire staff at Bay Oaks is extremely helpful and so sweet, my daughter was a new patient and had her visit today, Megan did her cleaning and made her so comfortable throughout the entire process! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to definitely consider Bay Oaks Dentistry!

I have 9-year-old twin girls, and after one had a bad experience at another nearby office, we were nervous trying somewhere new. But Bay Oaks Pediatric Dentistry was amazing from start to finish. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the hygienists were so sweet and gentle, and the cleanings and x-rays went great. Dr. Anna Feng was fantastic—one of my daughters needed two fillings, and she handled it quickly and calmly with such a kind bedside manner. Both girls left happy, which says everything. This is definitely our new dental home until they age out. Highly recommend!

Very nice clean place but bffr, we’ve gone to this dentist around 3 times, 3 months apart, the scheduling sucks, they call me to tell me I don’t have an appointment when I do and then say “oh yeah I see it” then they scheduled my son for 6 months when it was supposed to be 3 months. I ALWAYS write down date and time and call the day prior to confirm because they don’t call me at all to remind me, and SOMEHOW the time changes or even the date. I tried working with them cause the dentist is very friendly but today I drew the line when I called to confirm the appointment for tomorrow, I was supposed to have an appointment tomorrow at 1pm and the lady said it was at 9 am and I said “I thought it was at 1pm? I wrote it down” and then she said “See you tomorrow thanks for calling” ????????? I wasn’t done talking to her but wtv I changed the dentist now

Stay away! We loved Dr. Bogart and had been going to him for years. Not only did we see a new person every time we went after Dr. Bogart retired but I feel like they were scamming us. First we were told my 4 year old had a cavity, when I took her to get filled we were told it wasn’t really an issue and they wanted to watch it 6 months rather than fill it. Then 6 months later, we took her in to be told now she had 8 cavities. It was recommended that we sedate her and put caps on her teeth. Something didn’t sit right with me so I took her to another dentist for another opinion. That dentist (KDL which is AMAZING), told me she had a tiny spot on her back molar but that everything else looked great. No fillings needed! WHAT?! We went from 8 cavities and sedating my child to everything is great! WATCH OUT and trust your gut! This isn’t the first time I’ve heard this about Bay Oak Pediatric Dentistry. So sad, because we used to love this practice.

Great experience! Front staff was great, visit was super fast we were in n out. Dr Weil is great along with all backoffice staff. Spring the manager is awesome super bubbly loving and caring. will definitely bring all my children here. Thank you!
