Living in Houston & out in the sun, it is very important to have a dermatologist! This is my second time visiting this office for an annual check up. It is a very welcoming environment. The receptionists are very friendly. The staff is wonderful. The checkup is thorough & address any issues if you have any. I recommend giving them a call to set up an appointment!

Wish Vaseline & sunblock applied to wounds before discharge. Do not know if pictures were taken & stored in computer for future reference or not.

I saw Megan. She was so through and has a wonderful bedside manner she knew exactly what I had and prescribed a medication and I am rash free. Thank you BCD/Megan

I really wanted to try this office because its right around the corner from me, however, they do not respond to their one star reviews so that makes me apprehensive on trying them out. They should respond to ALL reviews good AND bad. I would like to see how they would handle a dissatisfied consumers feedback and not just a happy one.

Dr Clos is as good as it gets. Scientific clinical and is also well versed on how to help create a tailored and multi therapeutic approach to all types, colors and textures of skin.

Very unprofessional practice. I should have known the first time I went to this place not to come back! I showed up to my first appointment and the lady I was supposed to see was with someone else so I couldn’t see her. I don’t have insurance so they make me pay the full balance at the end of each visit which is fine however I had a visit in July, paid my bill after the visit and 6 months later they contacted me and told me I owed $100 more. I said how could this be as I pay at the end of each visit? Haley told me that I owed more without a good explanation. Furthermore she could have cared less if I remained a patient there. Needless to say I won’t be back!
