Bliss Day And Med Spa's Online Review Report Card

I called this merchant over eight times in the past two months attempting to redeem a Groupon. I have shown them the Groupon and the number per their request prior to scheduling. They refuse to honor the Groupon. I have put forth much more effort than should be required to make an appointment as they say they will call back but never do. Once, I was given an appointment, but nobody was there and the door was locked. I took off work for this appointment and lost money and drove there for no reason. The merchant is blaming Groupon and will not give me an appointment and then started yelling at me that she was not going to give me a free facial. Lady, I paid for a facial. I paid for THREE facials. This is an issue between you and Groupon and shouldn't be my problem. She refuses to take any responsibility and was extremely unprofessional and rude. I absolutely do not recommend.

They have not upheld their part of the transaction. The woman on the phone began yelling at me after the eighth phone call. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

manager spit on me and called my children ugly, left right after and the place smelled like fish and i have a fish allergy…i could’ve died. Edit: Owner lies !!!!!

The manager was very rude and she was arguing with me the whole time didn’t wanna give me a simple star don’t recommend very racist never everrr stepping foot in there again 0 stars🤬🤬

I came in for a spa party with my co workers, we got massages, facials and our nails done. All the staff were very attentive to our needs, it’s a big space but very cozy. Vanessa did my nails, JT did my massage, we were all very happy with their attention to detail. I will be back for my birthday next month

We had a spa party in this new 726 W 19 location a few days ago and it was awesome. We came back because the experience of the spa party in previous location was amazing This new location is even far better experience

My husband and I were visiting Houston for the 4th of July holiday. we got into Houston on Wednesday around 4pm. I needed to get my pedicure done before heading out to dinner. Looked up online to see what was close by and I found Bliss Day spa but says they close at 5pm . Called the number to see if they could still accommodate me. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and i was told i could walk in and they actually close at 8pm. Got there around 5:15pm and was welcomed well by the staff. The spa was beautiful and clean. I got a manicure and pedicure done. My husband and i also got their couples massages, the massages section was very relaxing. Overall, my experience at Bliss was very good and i will definitely recommend the spa to my friends.

A few months ago, I traveled from East Africa on holiday with a friend and had my first visit to Houston. During our stay, we decided to celebrate my friend's birthday with a spa party at Bliss Spa. It turned out to be an amazing experience! The spa party was fantastic, filled with plenty of wine, great music, and exceptional services. While my friends did the massages, manicures, pedicures, and facials, I went for their massage and a facial. The staff was incredibly professional and made us feel pampered throughout our visit. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience and worth every penny. I highly recommend Bliss Spa to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience in Houston. I will definitely be visiting again!
