I spent time researching a visiting other offices that make my autistic kids comfortable and let me tell you how AMAZING this office is. They have accomadated the needs of my kids. They are very honest and transparent about treatment plan but my absolute favorite thing is they listened to my concerns and they created a plan around my concerns. Dr. Luu has taken care of both my autistic girls with zero judgment and nothing but patience and very understanding. I now bring all the rest of my kids here and they love the experience. Dr. Luu we appreciate you! Thank you and your staff for the amazing experience and for taking care of my kids dental health.

Been bringing my son here since he was little and the Dr and staff are just amazing! They’re very patient and have helped my son love the dentist and overcome his fear of sitting in the dental chair or taking X-rays! The office is beautiful definitely gives a world class experience 😁💛

This past year this place has really dropped the ball when it comes to customer service. I been bringing my children here for over 6years and this past year was horrible. One appointment we went to, the dentist was pregnant and was noticeably irritable and our appointment was rushed. My daughter begged me not to bring her back due to the way the service was being doing for a simple cleaning. My son had a follow up appointment and needed fillings, we arrived to the app just to be told we were scheduled on the wrong day and no surgeon was in. I work a full time job and it is hard for me to request days off last minute. Fast forward today my son has an appointment for filling and extractions 1/5/26 I received call this morning 1/2/26 stating the surgeon won't be in and if I could bring him in today. I already previously took off for 1/5/26 which is the appointment date THEY provided me just to be hit with the same issue. My son is on holiday break and ate after midnight which means he can't have the procedure done due to food restrictions after midnight. The last minute requests and scheduling is horrible with this organization along with the accomdtaions for patients. Now I'm forced to find another place that actually cares about our time and our dental care. Truly disappointed, especially since my son really needs his fillings right away.

We’ve been coming here for over 10 years. (5 kids). They have been punctual about appointments and flexible when changes are needed. They are also fair about treatment options and telling me what needs to be truly done and what we can wait and see if it really needs to be addressed. I appreciate their friendly staff!

Since the moment we got to the office the service was great! Usually my kiddo has a very hard time during dental appointments but Iris and Dr Johnson made my little ones experience one of the best !
