Dr. Carlos Ferrari is a miracle worker! In 2009, I underwent Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery, thanks to his masterful skill and amazing team, I can proudly say that I have lost over 130 pounds and kept them off!! Because of the work he performed on me, I have been able to re-claim my life!! I now have two beautiful, wonderful children, all while keeping the 130 pounds off! He is an amazing, caring surgeon that I would definitely recommend to anyone considering weight loss surgery.

My consultation was right after the pandemic, which meant it was virtual. It also meant I didn't really get much attention in how and what to do and when. When I came back after doing my insurance pre-requisite, I was just given his pre-requisite and told to send it in once it was completed. I researched every specialist I went to see, made the appointments, and then had to send the documents to Dr Ferrari. The main issue was that I was demanded to lose more weight after already losing over 50 pounds. I did more research, found out that this requirement was way over the norm, and decided to get a 2nd opinion who agreed with me. I decided to switch surgeons, as this one proved they kept up with much more of the scientific research and needed all of my previous results and paperwork. I contacted Dr Ferrari's office, to get it, and was told he would only give me what he ordered. One... as stated earlier he didn't order anything. I did. Two, these are my documents. My medical history. To not give a patient her paperwork is just very unprofessional. In addition, it took almost a month to get what they would send. I was told I could come to the office to get the rest.... had a family member pick it up, and it was the same information I had received previously. I am now scrambling to get the paperwork I need, had to contact my insurance to give me some of the previous paperwork, and having to wait for a 2nd approval. It is two months later.

I had very good experience with Doctor Ferrari, his staff at least with me were very friendly and they were always there to answer any question, they always get back to me, very good professionals thanks Dr Ferrari

This whole experience has been easy and great with the help of Dr. Ferrari and the office staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. If you are looking into getting weight loss surgery this is a great group and doctor to work with!
