The Doctor’s have been good but getting call backs or scheduling appointments for Scheduling an MRI for a mass in lymph nodes has not what you would expect from such an organization. Three days for a call back on two occasions. Still waiting for Doctor to schedule MRI for my wife. It was supposed to be done May 24 when we visited the doctor. Called back 3 times last week and 3 times this week. We asked for the nurse we were told that would make the appointment and the operator told my wife that she had been messaged each time. What are we to do? Do you an Office Manager who can look into this? How would you feel if you had cancer and had to struggle with the very office who is supposed to be helping you?

I have had multiple visits to see Dr. Yuen. She is truly one of the most professional and caring Doctors I have even known. When you see her...you know she has looked at the issue in everyway. Bottom line...you know when you see her, you can rest assured she has done her research.
