I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice. My recent experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The office manager, Brad, was unprofessional and outright rude—he hung up on me when I challenged some of the billing issues and inconsistencies in his statements. They are now refusing to provide service or renew my asthma medication, which is critical for my health, citing an alleged balance for allergy shot serum—even though I stopped receiving shots in February of this year. Shockingly, they billed me to “re-up” my serum while my wife was giving birth to our second child, a time when I clearly was not seeking treatment. This office seems far more focused on maximizing billing than on patient care. The lack of compassion, transparency, and professionalism has been appalling.

Dr. Yoshiko is definitely one of the best. She helped me with my skin disorder and helped me allergies. I recommend giving her office a chance.

Doktor amazing, but assistants really not bother if need any re fill. Called in the morning late afternoon medicines still not ready . They promised to call back never happened ..not the first time .

Dr. Ogawa-Reel found out exactly why I was constantly sick and she found a solution. Very attentive and professional with excellent staff.

Dr. Ogawa is amazing! These 5 stars are for her. The manager is nice and was lenient when I had some no-shows due to scheduling issues with the front office staff. The front office consistently lacks professionalism and friendliness in person and on the phone, so not sure what’s going on there. However, it’s still worth going here for Dr. Ogawa.

Excellent place! Dr. Ogawa-Reel knows her way around Houston's allergies, and there are lots of them! She is served by a professional staff who makes therapy and scheduling it quick and easy. I highly recommend her practice to anyone who suffers from any of the Gulf Coast's allergens.
