While here on a visit I had a rude experience with a nurse. I think his name was Cody? Try to get a different nurse.Plus I saw him keep dropping things. Maybe a habit of his?

My son was treated and had surgery. We were treated really good ! Yesterday was Valentine’s Day and all the kids got Valentine’s Day cards with their facility doggy and got gifts ! My son was soo happy to receive the surprise during the day. The nurses were so sweet and caring as well as doctors I really loved the treatment. I don’t wish to come back but it made things easier on our family. Only downside is parking it’s ridiculously expensive even for parents you would think they would have a pass or something for parents due the fact we have to be there multiple days. But other than that everything was great. Thank you Childrens memorial ❤️ Gonzalez family forever great full

Avoid this hopsital at all costs. My child ingested something years ago and they called children services on me over an accident. They lied to my face saying they were seeking further help when in reality, they were being callous.

I would like to say thank you to the nurses and doctors in the ER room that took care of us and listened to our concerns when my son diagnose with infantile spasms and to the doctors and nurses in the epilepsy 10th floor I'm forever thankful.

We came to Memorial Hermann via emergency transfer from Katy. Everyone acted as an emergency until we got to Memorial Hermann TMC. Nobody seemed to really care that my son had a perforated appendix. The surgical team decided, against our wishes, to postpone the surgery until the following day(18hours after our arrival) knowing it would put him at increased risk of infection and long hospital stay. It was very clear that their schedule was more important than patient care. Our sons appendix ruptured overnight causing his condition to rapidly decline. He went from being ambulatory to immobile with a distended and rigid abdomen. After the surgery the arrogant Dr. Cox came out to let us know the infection was all over his gut and we would be there for Christmas. He spoke in a tone as if you suggest it was our fault. We spent five days in recovery with very kind but very inexperienced nurses that were obviously unhappy with their work environment. Did any of this stop us from being billed at the highest emergency rate, no. We were charged $14k for the first 30mins then $24k for every 15 min after for the OR, $5000 for Tylenol, and many other charges for meds or services that we never received. We are extraordinarily unhappy with Memorial Hermann and are working with an attorney for representation.

I gave birth 8 years ago here everybody was great .only reason why I am giving it 3 stars is because of my back pain I been having due to the epidural . When I had the epidural the guy said “you’re not suppose to be bleeding “ and kicked my mom and my sons father out and I looked down and saw a poodle of blood . I’m unsure if he knew what he was doing . :( the spot where the needle was inserted is tender to touch I will be looking into further with another doctor soon it has gotten worse

Took my daughter here. The staff are super nice and patient! I know it’s crazy right now at ER and everywhere is so short staffed. But they still try to keep the patient taking good care of as much as possible!

Came to the ER because my son had fever and cough got her at 11:30 pm it is now 5:31 in the morning and my son has still not been seen. According to them its because their are kids more sick than my son . I understand its covid peak but every patient should be treated the same my son has been coughing his poor little lungs out and is burning up and no one seems to know how long or whats going to happen.
