Nurse didn’t respect when told not to come. Nurse pretty much speed up my mother’s death by administering the wrong medication and not taking her blood pressure correctly. Hospice is meant to make the patient comfortable and it was nothing comfortable for her because of this nurses error she felt horrible and there wasn’t much else we could do for her. Just the worst experience ever, would not recommend or use choice ever again.

Ms.Sheirre (nurse) is amazing. Her personality matched with my husband. Very professional, on time. IT REALLY SHOWED SHE CARES ABOUT HER PATIENTS. Mrs. Hope(Physical Therapist) Her personality also matched really well. Professional, always on time or she would call. She could tell my husband needed to go slow and she did everything to help him. SHE PUTS IN THE EXTRA TIME AND CARE. Very pleased to have a wonderful company to help.

photos 6 days ago New This company has new owners formally Devotions Hospice Conroe Texas and the quality of care has definitely gone down since I signed my mother up with them a year ago. The nurses and staff are great it’s obviously not them they are just doing their jobs and have no control over what is provided. They have gone to cheaper everything. Took 4 days to get a wheel chair for my mom who has end stage dementia. She is bedridden and having to call and put pressure on them for a pressure point mattress which they are required to provide for a someone once they are bed ridden as bed sores can happen within hours. Supplement drinks were ordered and took a week to get…my mom had stopped eating food and I had to fight to get those…I was actually told you do understand this is hospice…I can’t get that comment out of my head…They keep saying they are here for me well when your loved one is dying you should not have to threaten to get what you need for them as you are already dealing with enough. I had used another company when my stepfather and husband were on hospice and never went thru this they always provided me with more than I needed I changed because my moms doctor recommended this one and I thought all were pretty much the same now I wish I had used the other company. Yes, I recommend they go about and beyond. Always going to help friends. Lori Osborne, is great. She’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get a job done and make my residents feel loved and cared for. And I also cannot forget Matt, there’s some great people to have in our community.

If i could rate it a zero I would, reason they have bad reviews. The manager is not responsive and the there is no schedule or time for health aid. Always late and then only changes sheet. Secondly the staff isn’t trained to deal with dementia patients or even aging adults, you got to be patient with them which they clearly aren’t trained to do so. Pathetic home health services

I can’t say enough great things about Choice Hospice, Ada! The care that my grandmother received was unmatched. From her time of admittance until time of death, she was treated with love, dignity and respect! Everyone who came out and saw her was so compassionate. The final days/months of your loved one’s life is difficult, the ladies at Choice Hopsice put your mind and heart at ease. They were always just a phone call or text away to reassure, offer suggestions, or schedule an additional visit to check on their patient. We were treated just like family from day one. They offer excellent support to the family. Her final days were spent in peace and comfort due to the love and care she received. It’s such a blessing to let your loved one pass away at home surrounded by loved ones. I would recommend Choice Hospice to anyone who is needing end of life care for their loved one. The nurses and aides will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

Everyone has done a super job! Hailey and Shirley are super sweet. They go beyond for all of our needs! Highly recommend.
