My opinion is that they have bad receptionists ,bad manager,some bad some good therapists ,bad place. If you ask me if that a great place to go but not a great place to go and help your children with autism.😠😡😠😡

The Case manager for this location has been a nightmare to work with. It took two months for her to even get the paper work and she never even called to schedule the appointments i had to call her to find out what was taking long and her response was "oh im actually ready to schedule her" i have called multiple times in January and Karen always had a excuse. She didnt even send out the paper work to my doctors when she said she did, my doctors even went through all their files to look and they never got the paper work from her. Remind you i have a brother who is autistic and in therapy and he never waits this long.

I've been taking my son to Cole Health for about 6 months now. We love it. He loves seeing his therapist. Ms. Deedee. She's amazing. So patient and very experienced. We have seen major improvement and she always has great ideas on how we can further help him. I highly recommend.

I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of this location. Easy access from the freeway. The office is modern and always very clean. The staff are absolutely amazing, from the receptionist's sweet smile and willingness to work with any families schedules, to the therapists who are all bright and fun, showing just how much they love their jobs. My daughter fell in love with Camille from the first visit and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for speech!

I have worked at Cole for over 10 years and couldn’t stress enough what an amazing place Cole is to work. The support of your co-workers both professionally and personally and the ability to grow as a professional are only two of the reasons you should work at Cole. There are many chances to do mission work both locally and internationally; the atmosphere is positive and fun; and your innovative ideas for Cole will always be supported by leadership.

unresponsive to calls. ive been trying to schedule an evaluation for my son for over a month. i call every week and they just say someone will call back. no on ever calls back
