Cole Pediatric Therapy's Online Review Report Card

My experience with Cole therapy was a great. I never doubted the work . My child has completely improve with her speech I love the one on one sessions she had with Ms.Dhavyia .! She’s a great speech therapist , kind , genuine and happy to help others . I would highly recommend this place . Thanks to Ms.Dhavyia she’s graduated from speech ❤️

I spoke with Christina who was so unprofessional and was apparently the manager. Blanca and lissette are however very sweet and professional.

Horrible!!!

Don't waste your time. They never call you back and they never give you the information you need. I spent a month trying to get my sons evaluated for speech, where I was constantly the one calling them to try to see the status of the evaluation. They were supposed to review my benefits FIRST then schedule the evaluation. Instead it was scheduled and the day of i was told I had to pay some outrageous amount. I canceled and will be going elsewhere. They are the worst at communication I have ever encountered. Really wonder how good their services actually are if they can't even return a phone call ever. Good riddance

I have no idea why this clinic has the rating it does. Extremely unprofessional. The front office staff is rude and does not know how to effectively communicate. My issue time and time again is with Breanna. She never knows what’s going on and claimed she’d have the director call me over a week ago and every time I reach out the director “is not in office”. I’ve had a virtual zoom meeting for two weeks and not once have I received any link. I do not know where the issue is and why it’s so hard to communicate or properly set an appointment for a child who’s been waiting on her first speech therapy appointment for over a month!!! The therapist Ashley Schomaker seems to just let files sit and doesn’t even reach out to properly help her patients. And I don’t know how the clinic is being ran if the director is never there

Hi my name is Kenneth, I just want to leave a review on him great Ms. Dhyvia and Ms. Marissa was with my grandkids Jaden and Demetrius. They did very good with them. Ms. Dhyvia and Ms. Marissa were very patient. With the kids and listen to them. I highly recommend them when it comes to therapy for kids. We love Cole therapy and the staff. We have been the Cole Therphy for many years now and have four grandchildren who love to see there therapist. Plus when you listen to all the techniques on how to handle the kids it’s amazing because it teaches us to on how to deal with our grandkids. My son Demetrius couldn’t talk when he came. Now he talks a lot and we are so happy. I just want to thank everyone that has took the time out with our grandkids. We love miss Dhyvia for all the time and patients that she takes out with our grandkids. And we want to thank Ms. Marissa for helping too.

Good luck getting these people to call back. They are very much an unorganized facility. Staff coordinators need to get 👏🏽It 👏🏽Together👏🏽 Send your child some place else.
