There are no words to describe how wonderful and caring Dr. Thomson is. He is simply the best.

Top notch service from Dr. Thompson and the team at DLS and PEC. Focused staff and they even called the next day to see how I was doing and ask if I had good service.

I find Dr. Cole to be the BEST! I feel he gives me wonderful care and shows compassion. I have been seeing him for several years now and I have no issues at all. His office and his assistant Roland are also very kind and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole Thomson.

this office is not patient oriented. i was supposed to get a coly done. when facility called to confirm i asked for pricing for anesthesiologist and pathologist. couldn't give me that info nor contact for those docs. dr thompsons office couldnt give me the same info. Really. His office is managing this process and cant give me contact info for the docs offices doing the work on me so i can check pricing. this is ridiculous. our healthcare system is not patient focused. when i asked to have dr. thompson call me they said he was busy. Really, i don't get to talk to a doctor doing a procedure on me? so nobody in the foodchain can give me the names and contact info of the docs working on me so i can check prices? how does this make sense.

He was indeed at one time a great doctor, but after the many tests done and time passed by he basically tells you that he can't figure it out what is wrong with you and does not return your calls but tells his assistant that you need to go see a new doctor that you have never heard of or that you have no clue as to what he does!! Does he care about his patients? NO I DON'T THINK HE DOES!!

I am giving Dr. Thompson a one star only because it is required by this review. His staff is very competent; however, he needs to be more compassionate toward his patients and staff. He has no idea regarding nutrition, even though he might tell you that you have digestive issues, he will not give you any advice. He will recommend for you to see a nutritionist, which most of us cannot afford. He has no idea of your condition unless he orders a vast amount of expensive tests. I have never seen a physician as inhuman as him. He is not helpful and you will probably end up spending a lot of money and time without any results. Try it if you don’t believe what I stayed. I’m being honest.

I have had several Colonoscopies including the last 3-4 with Dr. Thomson....I seem to have a genetic issue but will be fine as long as I have the procedure every 2-3 years. I know that some doctors/clinics do not spend enough time on each patient...but I have always felt that Dr. Thomson takes as much time as needed to verify any issues are removed during the procedure. In fact, I am so confident in Dr. Thomson that although I have moved 1 1/2 hours away, my husband & I both used him the same

In fact, I am so confident in Dr. Thomson that although I have moved 1 1/2 hours away, my husband and I paid for hotel rooms the prior night in order to go to Dr. Thomson. My husband feels the same as I do....and we also think the clinic has exceptional, kind, cheerful nurses on staff.
