I've had a great experience being a patient at Core Primary Care. Whether I'm not feeling well or just need a physical it's always easy to make an appointment and the office staff is great.

Hello Yelp, I drove from the outlet mall to Katy having serious health conditions and was turned away for being 2 minutes late. They gave no regard for my health and why I was there in the first place. They offered for me to accept a 4:30 appt. A whole five hours. This clinic does not care about people, the humanity that comes in for medical Treatment. I spoke to the office manager, I asked so it's just the Dr's who are important here and she responded, Yes. NO concern. I told her the Dr's don't spend anymore then 15 minutes if a patient is lucky and there was noone in the office waiting. The arrogance, the uncaring and cold manner in the way they conduct business is reprehensible. Sorry, sorry sorry that's all they could say. Don't talk about, be about it, do the dam thing and change! Their sorry meant nothing when I'm driving for such a long distance with memory loss. I would caution anyone to think again when dealing with this medical group. All that we are considered is a paycheck not a human who needs serious medical care. They all sounded like robots and very comfortable to turn me away. This comes from the top. I don't care who these Dr's think they are. They are irresponsible, selfish, uncaring, rigid and not adhering to their oath. Please take into account how they see things. This is reprehensible. A whole 2 minutes and I was told they could not see me after waiting two weeks. Not even real.people, just repeating what they are told by the Dr's. They are all shameless and show no empathy. Disgusting. Chose a new PCP the same day. They will not run my Insurance so they can become richer by me.

this is the worst place ever for tattoo removal i paid for 3 sessions and they're only honoring one i paid over 300 for 3 tattoo removal appointments through groupon be careful with this place first treatment did absolutely nothing money down the drain

THE WORST office I have ever been to!!! I had to swab MYSELF, horrible service. They lost my test so i had to go back and reswab. They also havent had my test results and ive been chasing them for it. They are disorganized, they don't keep their word. Stay away from this place!!!!! 0 STARS!!!!

Doctor and staff did not adequately provide my needs and failed to communicate to me what was expected for me and led me to believe I just needed to show for my next appointment. Long story short they are disorganized and suffer from this and are a danger to waste your time. I will thoroughly be avoiding them and any affiliates under their corporation like the plague. Horrible clinic that even fails to do it's name sake to the basics.

Please don't waste your time I have been in reach about a test for weeks they keep sending me the wrong stuff everyone is telling me different information. I simply wanted to get some test done and it's has been so hard and such a frustrating experience I have called 5 times today and not one of the people where able to help me I asked to speak with the PCP and they said she would call hopefully I get a call.

Gracias a la Doctora y enfermera que me atendieron super Bien y me dieron mucha confianza, excepto a la enfermera que me sacó sangre para estudios, se miraba muy enojada y cuando entró al cuarto le dió una patada al asiento de rueditas, me preocupé al ver su actitud pero no creí que fuera a pasar algo mas hasta que me puso la aguja de esa manera tan salvage y cruel aunque me enojó su trato no quise decirle nada pero cuando me subí a mi carro hiba llorando con sentimiento, nunca habia pasado por una experiencia tan horrible con un cuidador de salud. Lo siento mucho por escribirles mi experiencia.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD! This clinic doesn't care about anyone. Kjersti Anderson is the only doctor worth seeing! Everytime I need something done,referral or paperwork,ITS NEVER HANDLED PROPERLY! Cant wait to switch doctors.

Had some initial challenges with booking. The team was ultra professional and worked with me to resolve. Really appreciated it.

Dr Andrews is good, but I had a bad experience with charges and office staff not handing issues properly.
