List of Cristina Boccalandro's Reviews
The doctors here may be the best in the world, but after three weeks of trying to make an appointment, no one there will talk with you, immediately send you to voicemail that results in a text. You reply to the text and they do not answer back. Three weeks and cannot even talked to a live person. This is absolutely insane. The doctors are only as good as the bozos they have working for her in the front.
Both doctors are excellent. Am in healthcare and highly recommend to others as the physicians are competent and caring.
Terrible, groseras, no son ni capaces de escuchar para solicitar una cita, te envían de una vez con una grabadora y te dejan con la palabra en la boca sin saber siquiera si hay preguntas.
Dr. Boccalandro sometimes doesn't listen and her staff can be hard to work with
Waited nearly three hours after my appointment time before I saw a doctor and it was not Dr. Boccalandro. Was told by staff that this was the usual pattern for her. That kind of behavior shows disrespect for her patients and a total lack of customer service. If a patient showed up three hours late, they would probably not be seen but still charged a no show fee. The doctor I did see seemed OK but because I had another doctor's appointment, she only had eight minutes (the time I had left before I had to leave for my other appt) to speak with me. Remember I had been there for almost THREE hours.
My daughter has Turner's syndrome and Boccalandro is just great, supremely knowledgeable.
Dr Boccalandro has give me great help in managing my Diabetes. I have had Diabetes taking insulin for 59 years. My A1C is 6.2. I carefully followed her instructions. I couldn’t be happier. She is the best of all the Diabetic doctors I have encountered. In the last 5 years I have finished 11 marathons with her help. What more could you ask of a great Doctor.
Dr. Boccalandro has been nothing short of amazing. Her demeanor, her explanations and diagnoses of my situation were well thought out and most of all professional. Her staff is very friendly and eager to help with any and all questions. Phone inquiries were pretty normal procedure for any doctor's office. She was referred to me by my mother who used to be a nurse at Methodist and her network of co-workers recommended her by a landslide and I would also wholeheartedly recommend her.
I love this doctor & her staff. Never give up attitude, spends more than 15 minutes with her patients & listens like she's interested. My last visit on 1/8/18 was at 2:20pm. 2:26pm I was called to the back for vitals, 20 minutes later in - house labs, then straight to a room to wait for her. . Left her office at 4:15pm. I gladly travel 2.5 hours out of state to see her. Video/telephone conferences available for follow up appts for out-of-state patients is a plus!
First of all, I want to state that Dr. Bocccalando is a excellent physician. However her staff is a different matter: they are very uncaring you can never ever speak to anyone when you call. All you ever get are voicemails. So if you have an issue that required immediate attention (not an emergency) but does require to be handle immediately you are out of luck. I hate to change my endocrinologist because of un-caring staff. Working in the medical field myself this is unacceptable! Beware!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
