D Lynn Dickens Md's Online Review Report Card

The list of things I could say about Dr.Dickens can go on forever. She is easily one of the best and most caring doctors I have ever seen or dealt with. It’s very hard to explain through a review but never has someone taken the time (even after they were closed) to explain and make sure we get to the bottom of my situation. This lady and her staff are heaven sent and I am so happy we found her. She has always cared about her patients and helping them. You can tell this is her passion and I would recommend Dr.Dickens to the world.

Dr. Dickens, MD and her very nice staff and nurses were all very good there. She also has a nice and big office waiting area easy to get too located off I-10 feeder road and Threadneedle St. I had a bad sinus allergy infection had been to my regular Dr. GP twice but still has some of it left. He refered me to Dr. Dickens, MD and his nurse she goes to her too highly recommend her and staff there. Well I finally got over it Dr. Dickens, MD gave me some other stuff to take and now I'm 100% better finally. I highly definitely recommend them to use there.

Dr. Dickens taken great care of me for over twenty years. She is extremely through caring and detailed in her approach to your care. In these times it’s seems to be getting more and more difficult to find a Doctor that is not only caring but absolutely concerned as to insuring you get the best care she can offer. Dr. Dickens goes out of her way to make sure all of your concerns are addressed not only medically but as someone who genuinely cares for your well being. Over the years she has taken great care of me my children and now my grandchildren. Three generations of complete trust with our most precious gifts our entire family. Once you have completed your first visit I’m sure you’ll understand every word I have posted here today. From my heart you cannot go wrong with Dr. Dickens probably the best example of what and how all Doctors should set their standards by; you will see.

RUDE and incompetent staff!!! For over a year, the patient portal has been pushed as the form of communication with this office. Over a week of no response to a prescription refill or any comment to the request I called and finally spoke with a staff member who seemed rather clueless. I was impressed with Dr. Dickens thorough review of my family member. I thought her medical knowledge was superior to other physicians I've encountered (and a social worker with a husband who is a doctor). Going to a doctor isn't an instant cure, so I was impressed with all the options she had and gave. The ease of getting into and out of the office vs the medical center was also a plus. I highly recommend this physician for her medical evaluation.

The office is convenient, right off the I-10 access road. Dr. Dickens is experienced, caring and friendly. Lucky for me, that's what I like.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dickens for years and not once have I not been worked inn, the staff extends so much care. They are all blessed with what they offer another individual.

Dr Dickens is truly one of a kind and has a great spirit and calm energy. I have been having so many issues with Providers these days I was completely giving up hope in the healthcare industry. After going from doctor to doctor and realizing that they diagnose you for whatever it SOUNDS like the problem may be and not actually taking the time to really ask questions or even test you before prescribing all these chemicals that only cover up the underlying issue, I was frustrated. Dr Dickens has restored my faith. She was kind, listened to me, asked relevant question, didn't rush my visit, and stayed in the exam room until we covered every thing big or small. She didn't have an MA to help her so she sat and did everything herself. I know that providers are busy and she could've just asked a few questions, prescribed meds and sent me home to do something I had already been doing prior to coming in to the appointment but she didn't. Dr. Dickens is by far one of the most thorough doctors I have ever encountered. Instead of just taking a look at you and asking what your symptoms are she likes to review all records and labs from other doctors to find the actual reasoning behind my symptoms to best treat me.
