Staff did a wonderful job as far as everything goes. Responsive to questions, very polite, helpful. It was an over all great experience and was such a refreshing change as opposed to when you go into a doctors office and it seems like the nurses or receptionists don’t want to be there or don’t want you to be there or any of the likeness. When you work in the medical field and your objective is to help people those kind of attitudes or ways of conducting yourself is actually contradictory to the purpose of the medical field because a negative attitude or a seemingly unwillingness to help people is completely contradicting in morality from what the profession is built from. That being said this doctors office in it’s entirety is none of the negative I just described but instead is doing a wonderful job and lacks in no areas that I was able to notice during my pleasant visit. I’d give this village medical - cy falls location as well as Dr.David Nelson 11 stars if I could but I guess 10 would have to suffice. Thank you all so much for your gentleness because I need that now in my current circumstances.

Dr. Nelson and his in house office staff are wonderful! They are so sweet and his bedside manner is kind. They are an amazing group of people. They are all very professional and willing to help with multiple situations. NOTE: This review is only of Dr. Nelson and his office staff and NOT OF Village Medical Practice!!!!!!! The answering service and billing department are worthless and I would give them a "0" cause they ain't nobody's Hero.

This place has gone from BEST to WORST over period of time. Dr. Nelson is good but reaching out to him is impossible as they are part of some big group now. I waited for doctor call yesterday which was promised during the day by some one over phone but no call ever came. My whole day was in pain and fever because of this facility. I ended up going to Urgent care. Dr. Nelson is the only doctor that I trust. He is not just a good doctor but a good human being. He is very calm, patient and always take care of ur health.

I made an appt about 10 days out for New Patient. I really needed a new PCP ASAP… so, excited when I finally got there. Until I showed my insurance card and receptionist said that he is no longer taking new patients on my insurance. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They knew I had that insurance WHEN I MADE THE APPT!!! Stay far away from this office!!!!
