Dr. Harvey is my family doctor for more than 29 years. She is a great in making diagnosis, chose a proper treatment, great educator regarding health condition, she also exceptionally attentive to her patients needs. The most important , she always listens to her patients, and for sure helps them the best way possible. She is a doctor, who all those years treated ALL my family. I never went to any specialist without Dr. Harvey would send me there, although could do it with my insurance , because I believe the most only Dr. Harvey decision. Finally , her office staff is always very efficient, professional and friendly.

Abrupt, looked wiped out at 11am, when I pointed out I was having serious pain that I thought might be the early onset of arthritis, she just shook her head and suggested I try.... Tylenol? I'm not looking for pain meds, but she seemed annoyed that I mentioned it. Should I use heat or cold, compression gloves, a wrist brace, soaks in warm water? She looked at my folder and suggested when the pain got bad, I try Tylenol. Irritating office visit, felt like I had wasted my money.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Harvey for a Well Woman?s Exam, and I left feeling well advised about my health and comfortable during my visit. The staff that helped me to arrange my appointment, follow-up, and registration upon arrival was exceptional. Dr. Harvey was very relaxed and engaging as she took the time to address all of my concerns, and she counseled me throughout each step of the exam. I?m so grateful to have her as my primary care physician!

Very rude, condescending, short, non caring. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Harvey has been my family doctor for 5 years now, and I'm happy with her. She's generally easy to make an appointment with, and returns my calls on the weekends.

Dr. Harvey is very thorough and professional yet informal and approachable; she has called me personally about prescription requests or lab results. She has been my doctor for about 10 years now, which is a record for me. I've never had difficulty getting an appointment and I've never had to wait long once I'm there.

I recently decided to pick Dr. Harvey for my yearly physical and I am very disappointed. She seems nice and laid-back, but I felt that she was not thorough and attentive towards my health-care needs.1. First, she failed to do a breast examination for my 'complete' physical. 2.Second, when sending me off for my lab work, she failed to add on an essential CBC test even after I inquired about it. She asked me several questions regarding whether or not I had anemia and/or probs w/ menstrual periods in past. I said 'no' & she stated that I didn't need it. Being an RN myself, I feel that this was something significant that was left out, as some cancers are detected from these types of tests. Whether or not I have symptoms of certain conditions or not, a CBC can give so much information or underlying disorders, ect. 3. She failed to add on another type of lab test that I had requested. This took out alot of time, as I had to make another appt, pay for parking (approx $6), and wait for my labs to be drawn in another area/service in the building. Very inconvenient.4. If you want to find out what your lab results are, good luck. I was told by Dr. Harvey that she mails the labs. And if I wanted to find out my results earlier, then I will have to call her office to find out. Well, first time I waited, and it took 1.5 wks for my labs to come in the mail. Now I need to find out my results for my second set of labs. It's been two weeks now and nothing. I tried calling this am about it and the receptionist took my message. So far, no call. I'm definitely switching doctors.

Dr. Harvey is an awesome provider - saw her back at her UT Family Practice office and she was the only one there that accurately diagnosed by chronic cough problem. Great bedside manner and a nice person, I would recommend her to all women.
