I’ve only had one consultation so far with Ken… i felt comfortable opening up even though I was ashamed in myself. Getting professional help can be hard and discouraging but taking this step has me now looking forward to facing my issues, uprooting and understanding why I did certain things and healing my mindset and behavior. Because we can overcome our past selves and become a New person we are proud of and happy to be internally!

Found a great therapist there after a few tries. They work with my insurance so that piece is easy. They could use a little streamlining around communications and notifications. Too many of the later, not as efficient as possible with the former. Seems like they are still working out the admin kinks but overall a helpful spot for finding the right person for you.

Deep Eddy is the best place for therapy in my opinion. They have a wide range of options and I have worked with two before I found the PERFECT match. There is no judgment if you want to try another therapist. The progress I have made for myself has been noticeable by everyone, especially myself. I’ve gained so many skills to understand myself better. their scheduling is very flexible and I definitely recommend trying a few therapists here out to find the best match for your needs!
