Destination Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I am absolutely furious with Therapy and Co. My experience with them has been a complete nightmare, and I feel completely victimized by their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Let's start with the positive: the therapist I saw was actually quite nice and showed empathy and compassion. So, this poor review is not at all reflective of the therapist themselves. Now, onto the real issue here—Therapy and Co.'s abysmal business practices. First off, they overcharged my debit card and had the audacity to blame it on some phantom employee who they claim is no longer there. What kind of excuse is that? After a lot of back and forth, they begrudgingly reimbursed me in cash, which was a hassle in itself. But wait, the saga doesn't end there. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, they managed to overcharge my HSA account as well! How does a professional business mess up billing this badly not once, but twice? It's mind-boggling. They tried to pass off their incompetence by saying they fired the person responsible for the first mistake. Well, who's to blame for this new mess then? To add insult to injury, they had the nerve to charge me a whopping $3300 for just 8 visits! Are they running a therapy service or a highway robbery operation? It's clear they have no clue about fair pricing or even basic competence in billing. I strongly advise anyone considering Therapy and Co. to think long and hard before handing over access to their accounts. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Therapy is supposed to be about healing, not about being taken advantage of.

Sarah is the most amazing person you will ever meet. She listens, she is compassionate, validating and just a great human being in general. I have seen a few therapist’s before and none even compare to Sarah. Highly recommend. I promise you will not be disappointed.
