Dipti Bavishi's Online Review Report Card

My husband and I went to Dr Bavishi for routine colonoscopies which are covered 100% as preventative visit with our insurance. I found out after pre colonoscopy consult ($150 each-out of pocket) that this is not necessary unless we are having problems. She then ordered multiple lab test that were not covered as routine for colonoscopy- ($360 each out of pocket). Dr Bavishi recommended that we each have a endoscopy and colonoscopy. This had to be on separate days and we would need to be put under 2 times. My senses hit me after we left and I called and cancelled colonoscopies for both my husband and myself. I talked to my insurance to discuss out of pocket charges of over $1000. They reported that a diagnosis code was provided for constipation for me and weight loss for my spouse. Could not fight charges. We ended up with another gastroenterologist that scheduled colonoscopy with over the phone questionnaire, colonoscopy and results with no out of pocket charges at all.

Dr Bavishi is very knowledgeable doctor and godsent person! She quickly diagnosed mine and my husband’s gastrointestinal issues and prescribed right procedures and medicine to treat them. Made dietary recommendations. Thank you so much for your service! Staff is very friendly! Its very convenient to do lab work at her office - excellent personal !!!

Visited over 10 GI doctors trying to find a solution for years. No dice. She did what so many others could not and fixed my stomach. A miracle worker.

I got a big run around regarding the billing. I was scheduled to see her husband- a cardiologist after they understood my gastric bypass to be a heart bypass. When i declined to see him, the price increased because I did not see him... they refuse to give lab results unless you get a procedure. She may be good but I’m done.

I had an in person appointment with her. She took a lot of time explaining what she thought was wrong and her treatment plan. No issues.

Dr. Bavishi has been extremely helpful with my GI issues. Even when she is out of the office she helped me, which I am extremely grateful for. She really cares about her patients and listens unlike other doctors who see's you as another number. I truly recommend her as she is extremely knowledgeable on what is going on your body.

I had a good experience with Dr. Bavishi. She took a no nonsense approach to things and was very direct.

Dr. Bavishi is excelant at what she does. She diagnosed my problem quickly and treated it aggresively and cured my issues. As a side benefit I actually lost a few pounds that I needed to. I will recomend her to anyone I know that has a need for her profession.
