I DID GET TO SEE DR. GONZALEZ THE 1ST AND SECOND TIME ALONG WITH THE PA, BUT THEREAFTER IT WAS ALWAYS THE PA'S. ONE OF THE PA'S MAKES YOU FEEL RUSHED LIKE SHE IS IN A HURRY TO GO SEE THE OTHER PATIENT. I WAS REFERRED TO HIM BY SEVERAL PATIENTS, JUST HEARING THERE STORIES I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE HIM A TRY. I JUST WISH DR. GONZALEZ WOULD GIVE HIS PATIENT'S SOME TIME AND POP HIS HEAD IN ONCE IN A WHILE, OR HAVE THE PA TALK TO ME AS TO WHY I'M THERE OR WHAT BROUGHT ME TO HIS OFFICE THEN HAVE TO DR. COME IN A TALK TO ME. AFTER ALL HE IS THE DOCTOR.

I took my brother to Dr. Gonzalez about 4 times. The doctor moved his practice outside of the Katy area so, I found a Cardiologist closer to us. In one visit with the new Cardiologist, he told us more and did more than the 4 visits with Gonzales. Example: Gonzales ordered an Echocardiogram that we had to drive to get. 3 weeks later, we still had not received any communication from Gonzales. All of his tests are done at a 3rd party facility and the new Cardiologist performs them in his office.

Showed up early to 3 appointments that I had scheduled several weeks ahead of time. After waiting over an hour to be seen by Dr. Gonzalez, I was told he was not going to show up. Another time, while I was driving to the clinic, I received a phone call to inform me that Dr. Gonzalez was not going to be in that day; this was approximately 30 minutes before the appointment. HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HAVE NEVER KNOWN A DOCTOR TO BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL... and unfortunately, I've been around many.
