Dr. Hansen has always been a professional for my care. He takes his time with you, has lots of patience, kind and considerate. I’m glad he moved from the other office. The staff in his new office are the best. Friendly, loving and caring no matter what race you are. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen to your care.

Doctor Dow and his staff are amazing. It was my first visit to an urologist and I was a little nervous with it being my first visit, but their staff made me feel comfortable.

I have been seeing Dr Dow for almost two years now at his Webster location. I am currently being treated by him but have also been seen by Dr Haggart. They are both amazing specialists and take the time to listen to your concerns and explain everything that is going on and what is to come if needed. This office did have some major phone issues with getting in touch with them, but thanks to Vicky, they are remedying this problem and it is now easier to get in touch with this office which is a God send. Doctors sometimes get bad reviews for their front office staff or lack of communication, but this is not fair to these amazing providers. Im happy to see this issue was addressed and taken seriously and now patients are able to make appointments and reach their provider when need be.

Douglas Hansen has anger issues. He is more concerned about not losing his license than your care. I was yelled at, curse at and berated during my visit. He had rage in his eyes. I don't know what would have happened if I had argued with him.
