I trust her implicitly to care for my patients and she does so with surgical precision and a lovely bedside manner. When referring to Dr. Hamilton, I know she will treat my patients like family, and this is truly priceless. She stays up to date with the latest advances in the field, and has built a loyal patient base as a result of her dedication!

Dr. Hamilton and her team have given me true results and could not be happier with the outcome. The office staff is very welcoming and professional.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Kristy Hamilton. She made me feel comfortable, heard, and respected from my first visit. She takes time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand your options. Her bedside manner is warm and reassuring, and she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. She’s very talented and I trust her 100%. The office staff is also friendly, welcoming, and organized, making scheduling and follow-ups easy. I had QuantumRF on my arms with Dr. Hamilton and I’m already seeing visible tightening just one week post-op. From consult to follow-up, she was thorough, honest, and made me feel completely at ease. The procedure was smooth, recovery has been easier than expected, and her team checked on me and provided me with clear post-care instructions. I really appreciate her attention to detail and realistic expectations, just great care and results. I’m excited to see the continued improvements over the next few months. Had CO2 laser facial with Dr Franco and Dr Hamilton. The experience itself was amazing. Staff is so helpful and nice. The results of the laser are more than I expected. My neck and eye lids were lifted. Skin texture is smoother and more glowy. Can not recommend Dr Hamilton enough. If you are on the fence about having CO2 laser facial-call her and DO IT! You won’t regret it This photo is 4 weeks out.

I do feel like she took advantage of me disclosing not ever having had injections before and didn’t really give me any product (sorry!) This was back in May. Almost $3,000 to barely freeze my forehead just enough to last the normal 3 months, zero other visible changes. I called them with my concerns immediately after coming home and seeing myself more and they just told me I hadn’t given it a chance to settle in (even though they said that was for Botox and filler should be noticeable instantly). You would think for that amount you should see some difference? I let them know that while there was proof she injected me a number of times, there was absolutely zero swelling in some injection sites like there should have been. Went to my dermatologist one week later and they agreed with me. Her assistant said they would call me back to see if I still felt that way in a week and never did. They talked a lot about how hours later I would begin to notice this and that! (positive).To be honest I’m 36 and take great care of my skin—there was zero improvement to the areas I requested like crows feet. Again this was almost $3,000. They injected my chin with filler that just ended up feeling like a hard a cyst. I wish I had the time or energy to really take it up with them, but the truth is life gets in the way. I still think about it a lot though. I’m sorry but I do feel a bit duped.

I meant to write this review months ago, but better late than never. I was referred to this office by my (very trusted esthetician) for Co2 laser treatment for my surgical scars. I spoke via email and phone with Dr. Hamilton's mother who apparently helps run the office. I was quoted a price for treatment, which I confirmed with her several times before booking. Dr. Hamilton herself confirmed this price at my in-person consultation. When I went in for my first treatment, they tried to charge me DOUBLE what I had been quoted by Mrs. Hamilton. We went back and forth, with them basically telling me that I was wrong, that I misunderstood, that I apparently don't know how to speak or understand English. It was insulting and ridiculous. (I'm an attorney btw, so a VERY attentive listener and extremely careful with my own communications). Finally, after a few days of back and forth, Mrs. Hamilton reached out to me personally and apologized- confirming that the price I was quoted was correct, and that they would honor that price going forward. I had, I believe, 3 or 4 treatments for my four surgical areas @ $1000 per visit. One of these visits, the girl working the front desk had an impossible time comprehending the amount that I was supposed to pay, after taking account of the deposit I had already made. She was nice enough, but I tried to explain repeatedly why the amount she was giving me was wrong. I eventually had to take a pen and literally WRITE DOWN the math in front of to try to explain how it worked. Finally, one of the other workers had to take over, because she understood what I was saying. I ended up needing a revision on all four of my surgical areas, and before I went in for surgery, I called Dr. Hamilton's office to let them know that I was going to postpone my next session for after my revision surgery. At that time, I SPECIFICALLY if they were going to honor the price that I had been paying all along, and was ASSURED that yes, that they would honor that price when I was ready to resume my treatments. Lo and behold, when I got in touch a couple months later to schedule my next session, I was asked to hold, and when the receptionist got back on, she informed me that the price would be double what I had been paying before. I said, "But I confirmed before my surgery that your office would honor the price I was quoted before." She just, "Well the price changed." I was livid. The latest research shows that earlier laser treatment after surgery yields better results, and I had been relying on their promise to honor their quoted price, only to be left in a position of having to frantically call around to find another provider so as to not miss the crucial window for treatment. I should also say here that a NO point in time was I ever given any post-treatment instructions nor any information on what to expect in terms of outcome. There were no before/after photos taken. Nobody seemed interested in having a conversation with me about expectations/results. After having laser treatments at other offices since then, I realize that this is HIGHLY unusual, and not the norm at all. In summary, I had minimal (if any) improvement of my scars for my 3-4K investment. So even if all of the other SUPREMELY unprofessional stuff had not happened, I would still be very disappointed in this experience. My whole Pilates class has heard the entire story and all of the updates, as has my surgeon. My esthetician who referred me in the first place said that she's heard similar things from other people recently, so this doesn't appear to be an isolated thing. Listen- I think that Dr. Hamilton seems like a nice person, as does her mother, but the whole experience was beyond irritating, and I could never in good conscience recommend this office to anyone.
